The Landscape Commission is a collective body that expresses mandatory and preventive opinions on the issue of landscape authorizations under the responsibility of the Metropolitan City of Milan. These opinions are adequately motivated and formulated on the basis of evaluation criteria contained in the Regulations, paying particular attention to the consistency of the intervention with the principles, rules and constraints of the landscape-environmental instruments in force, with a view to overall protection of the territory. http://www.cittametropolitan.mi.it/
